Dario Domingo, Postdoc Margarita Salas, has been awarded with the first prize for the contribution “Assessment of forest vulnerability to the pine processionary moth: a case study in Cuenca mountain range”, co-authored by Gabriel Sangüesa-Barreda, José Miguel Olano and Cristina Gómez at the congress of the Spanish Association of Remote Sensing. The contribution is framed within the projects OUTBREAK and PROWARM and analyses how climatic, environmental and forest structural factors influence vulnerability to pine processionary moth infestations.
