PhD Student

I am mainly interested in the knowledge of biodiversity and its conservation. I wish to be able one day to be in the field with all the keys to decipher my environment, and this is why ecology and botany are my favorite sciences. More precisely, I am passionate about the Mediterranean macrobioclimate and its accompanying cortege of species. Currently, I am working on a PhD thesis on the pine processionary moth, with the objectives of study its spatio-temporal distribution throughout the Mediterranean basin and assess its effect on the physiology of pine trees, through dendroecology analysis and remote-sensing.
