Postdoctoral researcher

I am a generalist plant ecologist aimed at studying the mechanisms (at the population and community levels) underlying local to global structural and functional patterns of vegetation. My main research line is rooted in the impacts of climatic fluctuations on species assembly and coexistence and the subsequent functional implications in natural plant communities (grasslands, shrublands and forests).
