Investigo Program Researcher

I am curious by nature and about nature, with a special interest in forest ecosystems. I have explored different areas in ecology, from molecular interactions between organisms (fungi-insect-plant) to wildfire impacts on soil. My current research in Cambium is centered around dendrochronology and its multiple applications to study how climatic and biotic factors shape tree and forest growth. Finding solutions to problems in nature and society, brought on by climate change, is my overall aim.
